JOB INTRODUCTION:

The successful candidate will administer company policies and procedures and ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance of system and continuous improvement.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

Effective management of the Office

  • Arrangement of meetings and diary management
  • Ensure filing and records are kept up to date

Effective administration of company and site policy and procedures

  • Capturing and recording data on ERP systems
  • Maintenance of records and files
  • Placement of orders within ambit of policy and procedure

Effective administration of reporting function 

  • Compilation of reports as per job requirements
  • Timely submission in accordance to deadlines
  • Adhoc duties as delegated by the Contract manager

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Minimum Qualification

  • Matric (High Schooling certificate) with a Diploma in Office Administration
  • 2 years experience in an Administrative role

Knowledge Skills and Attributes

  • MS Office  – Computer skills
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver on set objectives and support and work with others
  • Deliver great customer service
  • Dealing with changing circumstances
  • Acting Professionally
