This position will report to the Sales Executive. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the account managers and their clients by processing all sales-related functions.
||Grade 12. Relevant Administration Diploma/Certificate or equivalent 3 year diploma.
|Duties & Responsibilities
||Compile customer reviews for account managers. Management of all claims received from our customers. Assist with customer communication of queries, notifications and changes and channel to relevant individuals. Capture all promotional activity and communicate it to relevant stakeholders. Complete the post promo analysis for all promotional activity and provide insights. Maintain electronic and paper-based customer records and information.
