Duties
- Capture data within set time frame
- Effective usage of all information data bases (WebDHIS and Tier.net)
- Follow up on incomplete information and provide feedback to facilities and programme managers
- Generate reports from information systems as required
- Handling data queries
- Administrative duties
- Technical support to facilities
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent relevant qualification
- Plus 2 or more years’ experience on web DHIS & tier.net system
- Certificate in DHIS and Tier.net
Skills
- Computer literacy with an understanding of MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
- Good communication skill
- Analytic and Numeric skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Code 8 Driver’s license
