Job Description
This position will be based at our Food Lover’s Head Office in Brackenfell, Cape Town. Report directly to the Creditors Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Supplier and third party relationship management
- Account reconciliations
- Collation of information from internal divisions and stores
- Allocations against accounts
- General administrative duties
Minimum Requirements
- Matric ( please supply results)
- 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Full function of the position applying for
- PC literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Accounting software package experience
- Understand age analysis of accounts and understand general ledger structures
PERSON SPEC:
- Own Reliable Transport
- Strong communication skills at various levels – Must be able to handle confrontational situations in a professional manner.
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Attention to detail is essential
