SALARY: R173 703 per annum (Level 05)

CENTRE: Social Development, Western Cape Government

REQUIREMENTS: Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification). Recommendation: work experience. Competencies: A good understanding of the following: Clerical duties; Capturing data; Working environment; Proven computer literacy (MSOffice); Written and verbal communication skills; Planning and organization skills.

DUTIES: Render general clerical support services; Organise, store, capture and retrieve correspondence and data (line function); Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component; Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to the procurement of goods and services; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component; Maintain a leave register for the component; Provide financial administration support services in the component; Capture and update expenditure in the component.
