Key Outputs

• Carry out auto-electrical repairs and maintenance on Earthmoving Equipment in workshops or on customer sites
• Remove and install auto electrical components
• Ensure safe work practice
• Maintain professional image when representing BWE on customer sites
• Quickly and efficiently deal with all customer auto electrical breakdowns
• Compile accurate customer service reports
• Effective self-management and performance ownership
• Contamination control
• Control own admin (labour booking, service reports, parts returns, expenses, etc)
• Maintain field service vehicle and equipment

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Auto Electrician Qualification (Trade Certificate) and computer literacy
• Strong technical background
• Valid Driver’s licence – Code B
• Sound Interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound Computer literacy (SIS, STW, ET) knowledge

• Basic electrical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
