Office and Personal Assistant (JB527)
Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg
Salary: R12 – 15 000 per month
Benefits: Annual Performance bonus and end of project incentives, based on individual and company performanceKontak Recruitment is currently hiring for an Office and Personal Assistant to join a Property Management company based in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
Candidates will be required to complete a basic Excel, grammar, spelling and typing assessment, online.
- Ability to process large quantities of data, with content and grammar accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English (any additional language would be beneficial but not required)
- Highly organised and efficient
- Able to learn new technology and systems with ease
- Flexible to work over weekends and after-hours when required
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Act as the Directors right hand and assist with all duties that will ensure a smooth-running office
- Manage all phone calls
- Manage the electronic diary, organise meetings and schedule appointments
- Manage databases and filing systems
- Typing, compiling and preparing documents and correspondence
- Track activities and provide reminders for deadlines
- Liaise with clients to source and prepare documentation
- Manage correspondence and update relevant systems e.g. Letter of authority, acknowledgement letters, submission of objections etc.
- Conduct research to establish rates and tariffs from municipalities
- Track projects and maintain document control including scanning and renaming documents
- Follow up on accounts in arrears
- Travel to Municipalities to conduct follow-ups and collect documents
- Any other admin duties required
