1. Assist directors with PA functionsFinancial:

1. Management of costs and budgeting

2. Reconciliation of accounts accuratelySkills required:

• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and cash-flow managemen

• Accuracy and reliability – to take responsibility on behalf of directors

• Analytical with excellent Attention to detail

• Good oral and written communication skills are necessary

• Ability to multi-task and operate in a productive environment adhering to strict deadlines

• Advanced excel and ability to work with numbers and people

• Pastel Accounting to Trial balance

• Reporting and quotes on Microsoft Office Soft Skills
