| Minimum Requirements |
• Transportation Diploma (or busy studying towards one) • Grade 12 • Code EC driver’s license • At least 2 years transport dispatch experience • Computer literate (able to create spreadsheets, etc) • Problem solving abilities • Good communication skills (Customer & management) • Strong admin skills |
| Duties & Responsibilities |
• Daily KPI reports to Contract supervisor • Ensuring vehicle utilization efficiently • Dispatching of vehicles • Reliable & willing to work weekends • Customer satisfaction • Monthly KPI reports to customer & contract supervisor • Daily trip analysis & loads planned vs delivered • Accuracy of financial reports to contract manager • Pro-active & have the ability to take initiative • Work closely with warehousing team to plan daily loads |
