Key Responsibility Areas
- Design, develop and maintain learning material and e-learning solutions;
- Deploy and implement an e-learning solution;
- Adhere to national legislation, company policy and SLA;
- Identify service risks; and
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum: 3 years’ Diploma / Degree in Education / NQF level 6 plus ETDP related qualification.
Certification: Assessor and Moderator
Experience: 5 or more years’ experience in a training environment. 2 – 3 years’ experience in an ICT training
environment. 3 years’ experience in design, develop and maintain learning material and e-learning solutions. 3
years’ experience in deploying and implementing an e-learning solution. 2 years’ experience in system testing.
