DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of the booking-process when vehicles arrive for service/repair
Preparation of the completion work
Monitoring the vehicle repair/maintenance process
Completing, hand-over of vehicles and follow-up with customers
Management of the process to ensure CE is maintained
Adhere to dealer and franchise standards
To maximize service sales and profitability by using professional sales technique
To create customer confidence in the company by ensuring a professional performance
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS VACANCY
Grade 12 (A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage)
Basic automotive knowledge
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS VANCANCY
Computer literate
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
The ability to multi-task as well as good administration and organized skills
Good timekeeping and ability to work under pressure
The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and co-workers
Ability to work in a team and independently
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Own transport to place of work/Valid driver’s license minimum (code 8)
Non- smoker
Applicant must be able to start as soon as possible
SALARY
Market related in relation to qualifications and work experience
