Northam Platinum Learnership Program 2022-2023

Northam Platinum at Zonereinde Mine is hiring unemployed students to become qualified artisans. This learnership opportunity in which selected people will be required to sign MQA learnership agreement similar to the period of the program and credit qualifications. The students will be given a fixed-term contract of employment, position for the period of the learnership agreement.

Basic Requirements:

Learnerships will be available in the following method:

Selected students / candidates must have completed an N2 or NCV level 3 Certificate.

Artisan Learnership (Reference No: ZELDLA 22/01)

• Electrical
• Fitting
• Boilermaker
• Rigger
• Instrumentation

Rock Breaker Learnership 2022 (Reference No: ZELDLM 22/01)

External Candidates

Qualified candidates must have successfully completed grade 12 / matric with English and Mathematics as a basic requirement

Internal Candidates

Qualified candidates must have successfully completed grade 12 / matric with English and Mathematics as a basic requirement or completed AET level 4
