Requirements:
- Standard 8/Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in cleaning services.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Numeracy skills.
- Ability to perform routine tasks and work with staff at various levels.
- Knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment is advantageous.
- Willingness to adapt work schedule as per office requirements.
Duties:
As a Supervisor of Cleaning Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising cleaning staff.
- Assisting with day-to-day cleaning operations.
- Managing and controlling equipment and materials.
- Supervising housekeeping, cleaning, safeguarding, and maintenance services.
- Performing administration functions related to housekeeping and cleaning services.
- Monitoring compliance with instructions for material and equipment utilization and storage.
- Conducting physical inspections of cleaned areas.
- Reviewing employees’ performance.
- Monitoring equipment condition and availability.
- Ensuring inspection of logistics and physical environment to maintain cleanliness in adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.
