- Receptionist (switchboard management, receiving guests and facilitation of documents)
- PA to Executive Director
- Maintaining diary and scheduling appointments/meetings for the chairperson
- Circulating meeting packs
- Files Management (electronic and physical)
- Office Supplies Management
- Drafting and circulating various correspondences
- Completion of various forms
- General Administrative Duties
- Preparation and Issuing Invoices and statements to clients.
- Debtors Management and Collection
- Leave Management for Employees
- Compliance Check for Client (Tax, CIPC, Labour etc.)
- Filing Personal Income Tax Returns
Experience Skills and Qualification:
- Proven 4 to 5 years’ experience as a Senior Administrator or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in English and one or more other South African spoken languages.
- Proficiency in using advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Handling sensitive information discreetly and professionally
- The ability to take constructive criticism and make the necessary improvements.
- Diploma or degree qualifications in Management Assistant or Business Administration or related fields are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R8,000.00 – R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Administrative office procedures, practices, and equipment: 3 years (Preferred)
