Bookkeeper

Our client in the automotive industry is looking to employ a bookkeeper to join their team.

The position will suit an individual with an eye for detail, an understanding of accounting principles, exceptional organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines and excellent data entry skills.

Must be able to work without supervision.

Position overview:

• Documenting and recording daily financial transactions
• Preparing daily consolidated cash flow
• Reviewing and loading payments
• Calculating IBL interest charge
• Month-end journals
• Generate pnvoices
• Prepare monthly recons
• Prepare month-end files
• Loading GEMS

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in an accounting-related field
• Minimum experience: Three years in a similar position.
• Accounting knowledge, expertise in Microsoft Excel, establishing accounts, VAT.
• Must have Automate/Evolve/Autoline/Kerridge experience
