Requirements
Grade 12 certificate. Degree or Diploma in Management Science field will be an added advantage. Experience as an intern in the public health environment will be an added advantage. Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficient typing skills. Knowledge of record-keeping (electronic and physical). Good reading and writing skills. Good interpersonal skills, Office organizational skills, possess excellent written and verbal skills. Be familiar with governmental legislation.
Duties
Management of records, filing of all supportive documents, Developing an electronic record of records, Management of procurement processes, Transport arrangement for staff (GG car). Assist with Training logistics such as arranging for a venue and anchoring for the training. Assist with the logistics related to various projects of the Directorate.
