ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: (MONITORING) DISABILITY REF NO: DSD 62/2020

SALARY: R316 791 per annum (Level 08)

CENTRE: Social Development, Western Cape Government

REQUIREMENTS: An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree); A minimum of 1-year relevant experience. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Monitoring and evaluation systems; Applicable legislation; Norms and standards; Information management; Public administration; Decision-making skills; Problem analysis; Technical proficiency; Problem-solving and decision-making skills; Diversity management; Planning and organising; Written and verbal communication skills.

DUTIES: Assist with the development of monitoring and review systems; Assist with the evaluation of the current systems and recommend improvements; Conduct Financial and Governance assessments for existing and new NPO’s; Arrange and conduct site visits; Monitor and review services rendered by the NPO in line with the Provincial /National policy frameworks; Analyse progress report; Administration of the Non-Financial Data (NFD) process; Check the correctness of reporting templates.
