REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

• N2 Qualified Technician

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

• 5 years’ relevant John Deere experience (including training as Apprentice)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Repair and maintenance of tractors and equipment
• Excellent Customer service
• Good housekeeping
• Minimisation of risk

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES

• Good product knowledge in repair and maintenance of John Deere tractors and equipment
• Good time keeping abilities
• Communication skills

• Willingness to work in hot areas as well as outside locations
• Good time management

Must have a valid drivers licence.
