Duties

• Capture data within set time frame
• Effective usage of all information data bases (WebDHIS and Tier.net)
• Follow up on incomplete information and provide feedback to facilities and programme managers
• Generate reports from information systems as required
• Handling data queries
• Administrative duties
• Technical support to facilities

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent relevant qualification
• Plus 2 or more years’ experience on web DHIS & tier.net system
• Certificate in DHIS and Tier.net

Skills

• Computer literacy with an understanding of MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
• Good communication skill
• Analytic and Numeric skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Code 8 Driver’s license
