INTRODUCTION

Cambridge Mask Co is a leading international brand of consumer-focused pollution masks. Since 2015, we have worked on our passion for a cleaner, safer air. Our company helps everyone everywhere get outside without worrying about the way they look or what they breathe. Our masks use filtration technology developed by the British Military for chemical, nuclear and biological warfare protection. The masks are washable, fashion-friendly and come in sizes for the whole family. They filter nearly 100% of viruses, bacteria, gas and particulate pollutants. Clients include the United Nations, NetJets, Ferrari and British Airways. We now have customers in over 100 countries.

JOB SUMMARY

Your role is to offer phenomenal customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service. You’re literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our clients and their journey starts with you.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicating with customers through various channels such as phone calls, Live Chat, Zendesk live chat & email, and social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram & Facebook.
Acknowledging any product or services problems and escalate them to the concerned department (if required) to resolve the case within 24 hours.
Resolving challenges, problems and finding solutions
Escalating complex enquiries to the supervisor when necessary and appropriate
Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of PayPal/credit card authorizations
Proactively outreaching to customers
Operate live chat service requests
Provide feedback reports on email and call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

REMOTE ROLE

JOB & CHARACTER REQUIREMENTS

Advanced in English is a MUST, other language skill a plus
Willing to work shifts ( 4pm – 1am or 2pm – 11pm, with one hour break)
Customer service experience a plus (more than 2 years experience a major plus)
Basic knowledge of Zendesk and/or Amazon Seller Central
Phone-related customer service experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
Stellar customer service skills – and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong listening/comprehension skills
Ability to stay composed and objective
Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
