Main Responsibilities or Functions of Job

• Follow through and manage breakdown issuing and ordering
• Expedite orders and report
• After hours standby for breakdowns
• Ordering, and follow-up on planned maintenance spares
• Documentation flow in and out of the warehouse
• Stock counts / Cycle counts
• Security, and access to the store
• Maintain GIT, nothing older than 4 days
• Maintain SOH within limits set by the Parts Manager
• Maintain accurate filing systems of all documents with special emphasis on P.O.D’s.
• Maintain accuracy of captured data
• Identify failing processes.  Develop and implement new processes.
• To carry out additional duties as may become necessary to ensure the successful operation of the company
• OSMI & Excess returns to RDC Jet Park

Required Skills and Capabilities

• A good knowledge and understanding of Epiroc products
• Computer literacy, in particular relevant modules of the BPCS system
• Interpersonal skills to work as part of the warehouse team
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of flow of goods through the warehouse, from goods receiving to picking and issuing of goods

Educational Qualification                           :            Grade 12

Other Abilities/Skills

Warehouse experience essential

Computer Literacy

BPCS knowledge is an asset

Valid driver’s license Code 8
