Handyman/Electrician required on a short term fixed term contract to perform specific and general building maintenance tasks at a Corporate Client premises in Umhlanga. Friendly and helpful individual with the ability to work under pressure and act quickly in emergency situations.

Successful candidate must have experience in the following:

• Electrical skills
• Mechanical and building skills
• Ironmongery skills
• Plumbing and carpentry skills

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Good knowledge of electrical fixtures, fittings, repairs and maintenance thereof with relevant qualification to support experience
• Knowledge of tools and materials used in the assigned area of responsibility
• Computer literacy on MS office packages (MS, Word, Excel)
• 3 years building maintenance experience a MUST
