The Individual will be responsible to assist and provide efficient administrative support. The successful incumbent will be required to work under pressure, unsupervised and must be willing to work on standby and occasionally overtime as and when required. This role will be required to work on a rotational shift system which may include night shift from time to time. |

| Knowledge Required | Understanding of the operation and maintenance of the following: Food Processing equipment Pneumatics Hydraulics Basic understanding of electrical circuits Root Cause Analysis |
