About Mampeule Foundation

Mampeule Foundation is a non-profit organisation with a mission to uplift the marginalized communities across South Africa and worldwide. It was set by renowned South African real estate developer Rali Mampeule. The organisation offers grants to other similar organisations that are involved in one of the following areas:

• Local and global health
• Entrepreneurship
• Property
• Bursary
• Community Development

The Mampeule Foundation is funded by its partners. The amount is then distributed to other NGOs that want to impact the world.

Mampeule Foundation Bursary 2022

The foundation has been offering financial assistance to a certain number of students every year since 2016. In the year 2021, it helped 12 students complete their tertiary studies. In 2022 too, Mampeule Foundation will be offering bursaries to students.

There are no restrictions regarding the fields of study. Students can be in any field of study and apply for funding.

The value of the bursary will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Please note that it will cover the tuition cost. Students are expected to pay for the rest of the expenses like accommodation and meals.

Eligibility Criteria For The Mampeule Foundation Bursary

To be selected for the Mampeule Foundation bursary program, you must fulfill all of the eligibility criteria laid out by the foundation. Since there are a limited number of bursaries on offer, it cannot offer funding to everyone who is applying. Applicants that do not meet all of the criteria will not be considered. Therefore, always cross-check before submitting your application.

The eligibility requirements for Mampeule Foundation Bursary 2022 are:

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must have completed Matriculation
• Must be either studying or intend to study from 2022 onwards
• Must have either been accepted to study at a tertiary institution that’s accredited and recognised
• Must be passionate in their chosen field of study

Fulfilling all of the requirements, however, doesn’t guarantee bursary funding. It’s a merit-based bursary, and those with a stronger academic track record will get priority over others. The decision taken by the foundation regarding the selection will be considered final.

How to Apply For The Mampeule Foundation Bursary?

If you’re eligible for the bursary programme, go through the application process and apply for it. It’s a short procedure that shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to complete. However, you should be diligent throughout the process. The foundation does not consider incorrect submissions.

The first step is to complete the online application form for Mampeule Foundation Bursary 2022. It’s a Google Form available on the company’s official website. There are eight pages, and you need to complete all of them. You’d also have to specify whether you’re a new applicant or a returning candidate applying for renewal. When submitting the contact details, make sure to provide the correct information. Otherwise, the foundation will not be able to contact you regarding the next steps.

The next step is to attach the following documents in the form at appropriate places:

• ID documents or passport (certified copies only)
• Matric certificate or Matric final results, whichever one is available (certified copies only)
• Proof of acceptance issued by the tertiary institution (must be on institution letterhead)
• Tertiary academic record, if already studying at a tertiary institution

Review your application one last time and submit your application.

Closing Date Of The Mampeule Foundation Bursary

The Mampeule Foundation Bursary is currently open, and the last date to apply for it is 31 January 2022 by 6 PM, local time.

Any submissions made after this date and time will not be considered.

The foundation will review each application and inform the successful candidates by 11 February 2022. If you do not receive any communication by then, consider your application unsuccessful.
