POSITION PURPOSE :
To provide leadership, coaching, and direction to operations team, and maximize the long-term sales, profit potential of each restaurant, assist in the implementation of market’s initiatives and activities.
Build a positive business relationship with other support departments and engage in decision making process for the overall benefit of the organization.

- Experienced pleasant personality with Leadership qualities.
- Ability to lead team in a faced paced environment to deliver business results

STRATEGIC PLANNER :
Implement and ensure workplace and food safety standards are met at all times Ability to work on shifts as per business requirement Team Player and ability to motivate team members.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Grade 11 or Matric Certificate
- Age18 -35 years
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must able to write and read English
- Must be a hard worker
