What You Will Do

Develop Mobile Applications: Contribute to the enhancement and growth of our suite of mobile apps.
Peer Reviews: Conduct code reviews and uphold our team’s best practices and standards.
Collaborative Improvements: Engage in team discussions to refine our codebase and software development lifecycle.
Technical Solutions: Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to deliver robust technical solutions tailored to user needs.
Research and Design: Explore best practices, design solutions, and implement proof of concepts.
Testing and Documentation: Write unit tests and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Effort Estimation: Provide accurate estimates for development efforts.

What We Are Looking For

Programming Fundamentals: A solid understanding of programming principles and solution design.
Experience Required: Proficiency in React or React-Native development, with a strong preference for React-Native.
UI/UX Understanding: Knowledge of User Interface Design and Visual Communication is a plus.
Versatility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with increased responsibility.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications:

Educational Background: A B.Sc. or B-Tech in Computer Science/IT is advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in development.
Native Development: Experience in iOS or Android native development is beneficial.
React and Redux: Functional experience with React and Redux is a plus.
TypeScript: Knowledge of TypeScript is advantageous.
API Consumption: Experience with RESTful APIs.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git and agile management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
