Northam Zondereinde: Mining Learnership for 2022

In line with our approved Social and Labour Plan (SLP), Northam Platinum Zondereinde Mine is looking to offer students an opportunity to qualify as Artisans. This is an exciting opportunity in which the successful learner (s) shall be required to sign the MQA Learnership Agreement equivalent to the duration of the programme and credits
qualification.

Learnerships will be offered in the following disciplines:

• Boilermaking
• Electrical
• Fitting
• Instrumentation
• Rigger

Requirements:

• Successful candidates must have successfully completed N2 or NCV Level 3 certificate or equivalent in the above mentioned disciplines

The learner will be given a Fixed-term Contract of Employment aligned to the duration of the learnership agreement (extemal learners only) with a stipend /
allowance.
