POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The ensure that office and equipment are kept tidy be in charge of maintaining specified
sections within The Client’s Head Office by performing a variety of cleaning and
maintenance duties.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 10
• At least two (2) years corporate cleaning experience

WORKPLACE COMPETENCIES:

• Time Management
• Attention to detail

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that offices, boardrooms and kitchen are cleaned accordingly and when
required according to a cleaning roster
• Using various cleaning tools and chemicals to carry out one’s work
• Ensure timeous reporting on outstanding cleaning items i.e. detergents etc.
• Ensure that the cleaning roster is completed and signed accordingly
• Ensure that the time sheet is completed and signed accordingly
