| Key Outputs | Responsibilities: • Assist checking & confirming of damages received from warehouse & trade. • Weigh all the returns from the trade and warehouse. • Copy adequate bumper stickers for the returns received. • Complete bumper stickers to be handed to the de-briefers after being weight per customer. • Sort the instant from the maize products (instant remains at Lords View for decanting). • Pack instant and maize (maize to be stacked approximately 1m high flat and firm) on separate pallets, wrap the pallets. • Sort the premix from the wheat products as the premix remains at Lords view to be decanted). • Pack premix and wheat (wheat to be stacked approximately 1m high flat and firm) on separate pallets, wrap the pallets. • Repack candy, lil-lets & mageu neatly on pallets (do not leave half pallets if they can be packed on one pallet). • Weigh the maize and wheat again and capture the info on the bumper stickers as per below. • Print bumper stickers to accompany the pallets to their destination, number as per policy. • Ensure that the bumpers tickers correspond with the number of pallets. • Clean area in returns up before you leave to go home. • Ensure proper timekeeping is adhered to. • Actively encourage and ensure Premier FMCG Housekeeping standards • Ensure satisfactory internal and external food safety audits • Endure that Premier FMCG food safety procedures and policies are adhered to. • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety act • Encourage Health and Safety amongst subordinates • Enforce SHE policies and procedures in the workplace and ensure adherence thereto • Ensure stacking height limitations are adhered to • Ensure that scale weighs all pallets accurately. • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety act • Actively participate in the above • Ensure SHE policies and procedures in the workplace are being adhered to |
