RAM Hand to Hand Couriers are looking for an experienced employee to assist the company in overseeing and managing an operational team of Couriers and Crew Members.

Duties and responsibilities:

-Sorting, scanning and balancing of cargo
-Dispatching of cargo
-Stock Management
-Incentive scheme administration
-Report formulation and analysis
-People Management
-Service delivery
-Administrative functions

Desired qualifications and experience:

-Grade 12 – Senior Certificate
-MUST have a proven track record of 1 to 3 years work experience overseeing and managing an operational team of employees (specifically Drivers) – in a TRANSPORT COMPANY – candidates from a Courier background is preferable;
-Clean criminal record
-Valid Drivers License – Code 8
-Must be fluent in English – verbal and written
-Computer Literate – experience working on OUTLOOK and EXCEL
