• Be in possession of a Matric / Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
• Be in possession of a valid driver’s license
• Be in possession of a valid Forklift driver’s license
• Be declared competent as determined by appropriate assessments (Vienna, Ravens and Dover tests)
• Have a minimum of 1 year’s appropriate experience in a materials handling environment
• Demonstrate integrity and above-average interpersonal abilities
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Be prepared to work extended hours on an ad hoc basis
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre

• Loading and offloading of all material
• Stacking and packing of material
• Ensuring material in transit security
• Perform physical stock counts
• Complying to Safety, Health and Environmental requirements
