Stefanutti Stocks: Artisan Learnerships Programme

Roads, Earthworks & Pipelines requires one Plant Mechanic for the Piling Equipment in Chloorkop. The position requires overtime from time to time. Applicants will be required to undergo an artisan assessment at our training center to determine the level of experience and skill as well as a medical and psychometric assessment to determine the fitness for the position.

Mechanic Duties include fault-finding, maintenance, repairs and servicing of all plant and equipment

Must understand hydraulics and electrics to do fault finding, be able to interpret parts and workshop manuals, schematics etc.

Must know and understand risk assessments, JSA’s, HIRA’s and all other safety requirements

Must be Medically Fit

Must be willing to travel to sites within S.A and cross border

Minimum Grade 12 or N3 Technical Equivalent Qualification

Qualified Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic

Have an understanding of Casagrande, Soilmec, Commachio, Furukawa and Bauer Drill rigs

Diesel Mechanic and other relevant trades will be considered depending on experience

Post Trade Test Experience an advantage
