SVA Training Learnership Programme. For applicants who have an interest in the security industry, we offer a learnership program as a stepping stone to future build a career.

SVA Training is an accredited Training Centre / training provider and is registered through SASSETA with the following

Qualification- SAQA ID: 58577 Title: General Security Practices – NQF Level 3 (124 CREDITS).

Do you meet the following requirements?

• Unemployed,
• Aged between 21 and 35,
• Grade 12 qualification / Equivalent
• PSIRA Grade C
• Applicants must be a South African citizen
• Candidates must hold a valid South African ID document
• You must be proficient in English and one other language
• All candidates must not hold any criminal record
• Candidates must have exceptional communication skills ?Verbal & Written.

Recruitment:
We are recruiting learners from the followings residential areas:

Ekurhuleni Region: East Rand, Springs, Tembisa, Boksburg, Benoni, Germiston, Katlehong, Thokoza, Pretoria,
Mamelodi and surrounding areas Johannesburg/Alexandra and surrounding areas.

The learner ship opportunity is offered to unemployed learners to attend a 12 month learnership program.

The learner ship will be split to theoretical (30%) and practical training (70%), hence qualified learners obtain better insight about what they should do within the industry.

Candidates must include a detailed curriculum vitae and must be between the ages of 21 and 35.

Candidates should also provide contactable references, along with any information they feel may be applicable to their application. Include certified copies of all relevant certificates, ID Documents and proof of address no older
than three months.

Candidates who apply will be checked for the following:

• Criminal record
• Any references with previous employers
• Any falsification of documentation

Falsification of any kind will not be taken lightly. Only candidates who make the shortlist will be contacted.

These candidates may be asked to undergo medical or other tests as is required by the company.

Candidates are not assured a permanent position after completion of their learner ship, however, we may offer permanent positions if we have an opening.

Learner ship Program
Once the learner ship is completed, successful learners will gain a national qualification (NQF level 3) in general security practices. In addition, learners will receive a monthly stipend of R 2000. The program affords qualified
learners an opportunity to be part of a functional environment as security officers in the guarding division.
