| Job Description | VACANCY: MILLING DIVISION – PRETORIA | 24 April 2020 A vacancy exist for a Storeman at Milling in Pretoria West. The position will report to the Maintenance & Engineering Store Manager. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The successful incumbent will be responsible for efficient and cost effective administration in the Engineering Stores Department. |
| Minimum Requirements | QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Grade 12 with mathematics • At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG environment • Valid driver’s license • Computer literate with MS Office, Pragma Onkey 5, and Syspro KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS • Attention to detail accuracy • Deadlines driven and can work under pressure • Ability to work effectively as a team • Ability to capture orders on Syspro and Pragma Onkey • Good verbal and written communication skills |
| Duties & Responsibilities | KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Receiving and issuing of engineering parts • Capture Stock info into Syspro and Pragma Onkey • Daily spot checks to ensure that the system and actual stock level balance • Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes • Update stock levels on Syspro & Pragma Systems • Filing and safeguarding of records within area of responsibility • Liaise with suppliers, internal and external clients • Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the stores area • All stock must be binned neatly and correctly on a daily basis Female applications are encouraged.
