About the ProgrammeThis is an Apprenticeship Programme where incumbents will be trained in the following trades, Tool, Jig & Die Maker/ Millwright/ Motor Mechanic & Auto Electrician disciplines.
The incumbent will be placed in an hourly position for the duration of the programme.
Permanent placement is not guaranteed at the end of the programme – all placements are vacancy driven.

Qualifications and ExperienceTool, Jig and Die Maker Trade:
NTC3 or Technical Matric with Maths, Engineering Science, Technical Drawing, Graphical Design and Mechanical Work.
Workshop experience in the trade related discipline (advantageous).

Millwright:
NTC3 or Technical Matric with Maths, Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory or Mechanical Trade Theory, Technical Drawing, Graphical Design.
Workshop experience in the trade related discipline (advantageous).

Motor Mechanic:
NTC3 Motor Mechanic Diesel/ Petrol or Technical Matric with Maths, Eng. Science, Motor trade Theory, Technical Drawing.
Workshop experience in the trade related discipline (advantageous).

Auto Electrician:
NTC3 Auto Electrical or Technical Matric with Maths, Eng. Science, Auto Electrical trade Theory, Technical Drawing.
Workshop experience in the trade related discipline (advantageous).
