About the ProgrammeThis is an Apprenticeship Programme where incumbents will be trained in the following trades: Tool, Jig & Die Maker and Millwright disciplines. The incumbent will be placed in an hourly position for the duration of the programme. Permanent placement is not guaranteed at the end of the programme – all placements are vacancy driven.

Qualifications and ExperienceQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Tool, Jig and Die Maker Trade: Technical Matric / Matric, with a pass in Mathematics and Physical Science OR NTC3 with a pass in Mathematics and Engineering Science. Workshop experience in the Fitting and Turning trade, Mechanical work in related discipline (Advantageous) Technical Drawing and Graphic design. (Advantageous) Tool makers Trade Theory Millwright Trade: Technical Matric / Matric, with a pass in Mathematics and Physical Science OR NTC3 with a pass in Mathematics and Engineering Science. Workshop experience in the Electrical / Mechanical trade related discipline (Advantageous). Technical Drawing and Graphical Design. (Advantageous) Electrical Trade Theory OR Mechanical Trade Theory
