Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule with due consideration of divisional and executive management meetings and
relevant events, demonstrating an awareness and understanding of business priorities and issues. This includes daily time
management and consultation with the executive to ensure optimisation of the executive’s time and availability.

To interpret the TPL people strategy to deliver a national Recruitment service. Create processes, applications and reports in
support of business objectives. Build and enable teams to ensure that TPL recruits, selects, employs and on-board top talent
thereby contributing to TPL’s headcount growth and sustainability, with the aim of bridging capacity gaps with the appropriate
representation of workforce, to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficient service delivery.
Executive Manager: Application Delivery
To manage transaction-specific supplier development events within the OD in conjunction with the Supplier Development
team at Group. To drive the OD’s compliance to Transnet’s Supplier Development policies and procedures when procuring
goods and services. Manage the tracking and reporting on the OD’s Supplier Development transactions and initiatives
relating to Opex and Capex for local and imported spend.

    The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.
