Durban - Bachelor’s degree or NQF level 7 equivalent in Human Resource Management or Social Science or related – incumbent to be based at TPT Richards Bay.
- Bachelor’s degree or NQF level 7 equivalent in Logistics Management or Operations Management related or related- incumbent to be based at TPT Richards Bay
East London - Bachelor’s degree or NQF level 7 equivalent in Human Resources Management or related- incumbent to be based at TPT East London Terminal

Position outputs: Follow a structure training programme - Undergo performance reviews and assessments every 6 (six) months.
- Submit monthly reports.
- Perform all duties as contained in his / her development programme, as well as which he / she may reasonably be required to perform by Transnet Port Terminals.
