To provide a specialised financial management and administration service by partnering and influencing store management in order to facilitate a risk free and profitable environment.
Job Specifications
- Manage and analyse costs
- Manage and plan Financial Administration processes
- Manage and plan HR Administration processes
- Minimize risk through process compliance
- Manage shrinkage and implement key in-store processes
- Adhere to store processes
- Manage in-store operations and logistics processes
- Lead, develop and retain staff
- Ensure consistent engagement with the team
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Technical knowledge and skills:
- Business degree / diploma or NQF 5 level would be advantageous
- 3-5 years financial, admin, auditing experience at management level in a commercial environment
- High level understanding of Retail legislative framework (COIDA)
- Financial acumen
- Sound administrative skills
