Job Description

To provide a specialised financial management and administration service by partnering and influencing store management in order to facilitate a risk free and profitable environment.

Job Specifications

  • Manage and analyse costs
  • Manage and plan Financial Administration processes
  • Manage and plan HR Administration processes
  • Minimize risk through process compliance
  • Manage shrinkage and implement key in-store processes
  • Adhere to store processes
  • Manage in-store operations and logistics processes
  • Lead, develop and retain staff
  • Ensure consistent engagement with the team

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Technical knowledge and skills:

  • Business degree / diploma or NQF 5 level would be advantageous
  • 3-5 years financial, admin, auditing experience at management level in a commercial environment
  • High level understanding of Retail legislative framework (COIDA)
  • Financial acumen
  • Sound administrative skills
