What does the role involve?
As a Learner you will be given the opportunity to work in various departments across our business. You will be given tasks that will help towards achieving departmental goals to achieve Hilti’s Champion 2020 goal.
To diagnose and rectify faults on Hilti machines and tools, To apply the warranty criteria fairly, To advise any potential product faults to the Repair Centre Supervisor, To work in a safe manner and to maintain a clean and tidy work place, To use the P.C. for all administration work relative to each individual repair.

What you need is:
- Candidates of apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering (Fitting)
- Any additional qualification from TVET College aligning with Mechanical Engineering would be an advantage.
- Minimum grade 12 of Mathematics / Science
- Being able to speak English fluently
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and continuous improvement
- Establish a mutual sense of trust and co-operation, work effectively with others and allow others work effectively with you, actively work to promote and support a team spirit and contribute positively to the working environment
