This policy describes information handled by the public Edubuzz education and career site at edubuzz.co.za. Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the contact channel below.

Information we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Submitted messages are sent through the site's configured email service so a reply can be made. Do not include ID copies, passwords, banking details or CVs in a general enquiry. Public guides do not submit job applications to employers. When configured, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity can receive usage and device information; this should not be treated as a guarantee that all analytics data is anonymous.

How we use your information

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site (for example, analytics providers), and only as needed for those services.

Cookies and analytics

Under POPIA, you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Security

Use the HTTPS site when sending an enquiry. The public contact form does not ask for an account password. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
