Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Edubuzz. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Job seeker terms

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV and profile information
• You may apply to any public job listing on the platform
• Edubuzz does not guarantee employment or interview invitations
• We are not responsible for the content of employer job listings

Employer terms

• You must provide accurate company and job listing information
• Job listings must comply with South African labour laws, including the Employment Equity Act
• You may not post discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Edubuzz reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms
• Premium listings and featured placements are subject to the pricing set at time of purchase

Prohibited conduct

You may not: post false or misleading information, use automated means to scrape or access the platform, impersonate others, attempt to breach platform security, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

Intellectual property

The Edubuzz name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Job listings and content submitted by users remain the property of the respective users, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

Limitation of liability

Edubuzz is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to: failed job applications, inaccurate listings, or service interruptions.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
