What You Will Do
- Branch Administration: Oversee and manage the administration and stock control of our F&B branches to ensure smooth operations across all regions.
- Reporting: Generate and review reports from the GAAP system, monitor GP%, and ensure accurate system inputs. Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Stock Control: Manage and reconcile stock across various regions. Investigate and address variances, wastage, and shortages.
- Cash Management: Ensure effective cash management and collaborate with internal auditors to resolve any issues.
- Documentation: Review and prepare F&B trading results for management accounts and check daily sales data for accuracy.
- Procedure Implementation: Assist in the implementation and enforcement of F&B procedures across regions.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resource allocation and staff scheduling to meet operational needs and manage F&B resources efficiently.
- Team Support: Facilitate communication between branches and support teams, addressing supplier queries and ensuring timely submission of reports.
What You Bring
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cash management and food and beverage operations.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with GAAP systems and stock management is a plus.
