Junior Store Manager DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant or fast-food take-away, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Pedro’s Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage stock control, purchasing, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining positive reviews.
- Maximize profitability by meeting sales targets, improving gross profit margins (GP%), and motivating staff.
- Manage and develop staff, including creating work rosters and handling disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with the team to drive the restaurant or take-away’s growth and business development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management or fast-food service.
- Knowledge of GAAP or Micros POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong management skills, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and staff leadership.
- Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
