Digital Solutions Manager – Apply Now | Broll

The Digital Solutions Manager is responsible for envisioning, creating, and deploying innovative digital and equipment solutions that add value to Broll’s Integrated Facilities Management Cluster. This role operates at the intersection of traditional business processes and digital advancements, leveraging Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, Augmented Reality, and other emerging tools. Collaboration with sales, procurement, marketing, and senior management is a key aspect of this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Oversee product development from concept initiation through to commercialization. Manage projects and build systems to assess feasibility, cost, and time requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to identify and realize new business opportunities. Set up and lead projects to advance digital solutions within the organization.
  • Change Management: Integrate change management into processes for defining roadmaps and rolling out digital solutions across the cluster. Prepare cost-benefit analyses and assist in prioritizing projects.
  • Process Improvement: Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness of existing processes. Develop strategies to enhance these processes and improve efficiency.
  • Digital Solutions Management: Manage the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions supporting IFM functions. Provide client-centric solutions that enhance client experience and support a digital organization.
  • Testing and Integration: Participate in trials and pilot new tools. Support testing procedures, development of standards, implementation, and project planning. Ensure interoperability and integration of systems.
  • Framework Design: Design and maintain a framework for information systems integration and development. Define and sustain change control procedures.
  • Best Practices: Engage with other organizations to exchange best practices and explore alternative approaches. Stay updated on digital technology trends and look for opportunities to leverage technology to achieve business objectives.
  • Visibility and Partnerships: Act as a partner and enabler, leveraging cross-functional teams and providing visibility on projects.
