Reporting into the General Marketing Manager, you will be involved in end to end marketing activities and sales support and have the backing of your manager to ensure you are set up for success.
Job Description

You’ll be responsible for:
- Build value propositions and develop Go-to market plans for focus portfolios for target customers
- Manage communication plans for focus portfolios in various channels; Email campaigns, social media, print materials, company website
- Operational portfolio management, including regulatory & reimbursement, quality & operations; BOMs and forecasting; pricing and tenders
- Professional Education activity management, such as organising workshops and coordination of presence at National conferences
- Manage resources for sales team, for example; supplier and customer sales presentations, brochures, sales strategy, proposals and useful websites
- Assist in supplier management through gathering market information and reporting
- Build datasets to drive strategic insights in the areas of day surgery, infection control, environment sustainability, waste service managers, Nursing Unit Manager's Critical care, Biomed engineers, Procurement and supply managers
- Coordination of RFT with Instruments team and provision of ROI to business including risks and mitigation of these, customer communication and retention
Qualifications
And to be successful we think you’ll need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry either in sales or as a clinician specialist with a keen interest to move into marketing
- Already working in the marketing department in medical device as marketing co-ordinator and looking to progress to the next step
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent preferred
