Job Description

To drive the completion of critical compliance and governance reports for the Standard Bank Group, informing senior executives and board directors of significant compliance risks. To draft Compliance Reports for the Group Compliance Committee, prepare integrated reports for the Audit and Risk Oversight Committees, and maintain the relevance of Compliance Governance documentation to support the Group's functional mandate.

  • 5-7 years- Demonstrated experience in business management, including developing presentations, managing governance documentation and performing end-to-end reporting. 
  • Proven ability to integrate and synthesise data from multiple sources to compile comprehensive Compliance Risk Management reports for senior executives, governance committees, and regulators.
  • Experience in facilitating communication and coordination across different teams to enable effective governance and compliance oversight.
  • Expertise in data management, integration, and analysis techniques to produce reliable, high-quality reports.
  • Extensive understanding of Compliance Risk Management frameworks, governance standards, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions across Africa Regions and Offshore.
