Job Description

To contribute to a positive workforce experience through innovative learning solutioning to address business requirements. Partner with relevant stakeholders on allocated projects; driving efficiencies, agility & commercial viability by optimising technology in the design & development of integrated learning solutions. Interpret future requirements & shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritising & ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented, to address needs.

Qualifications

  •  First Degree: Social Sciences

Experience Required

  • 5+ years' experience in instructional design, learning solution development, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering learning interventions for digital systems, enterprise platforms, or technology-enabled business solutions.
  • Experience developing a range of learning solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning, microlearning, videos, job aids, and performance support materials.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale system implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or organisational change programmes.
  • Experience engaging with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to identify learning needs and deliver learner-centric solutions.
  • Experience working with Human Capital, payroll, ERP, HRIS, SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms would be advantageous.
  • Experience administering or deploying learning solutions through Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proficiency in learning authoring and content development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite.
