Job Description

The Section 37C, Death & Funeral benefits Claims; The duties include, managing, planning, monitoring and reporting. The incumbent will be responsible to oversee the assessing of all documentation received for the claim and provide the Board of Death Claims Trustees with a recommendation for the distribution of death benefits in line with Section 37C of the Act within the prescribed Legislative timelines. Prepare Board resolutions on allocations and distributions. Liaise with employers, intermediaries, beneficiaries and legal representatives on death claim

Experience Required
1-2 years
Client management experience

3-4 years
Experience within the pension fund environment including product, process and regulation.
