Job Description

To drive the implementation of the reporting strategy and framework and lead the Internal, Analytics and Insights Reporting Team to develop intelligence by performing detailed analysis, developing and presenting insightful and meaningful reports on key findings and strategic business performance, in order to guide decision-making at an executive level across Business and Commercial Banking within Standard Bank

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting

Experience Required
Minimum of 8 years' experience in financial modelling, financial reporting and analytics within the financial services sector. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, banking financial reporting and credit risk analysis. Proven ability to enhance reporting processes, identify key risks and deliver strategic insights through financial and statistical analysis. Demonstrated understanding of banking financial structures and experience translating complex data into executive-level recommendations. Experience managing external service providers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting.
